When we moved into our current home, we brought all our old furniture with us, which included a sofa and love seat that really wasn’t really doing much for the living room. Our couch situation left us with a huge unused corner that drove me nuts! Knowing a sectional was the ideal solution for our narrow space, I searched high and low to find the perfect one. It was so hard to find something pretty but also affordable but eventually, after about 2 years of on and off searching, I came across the Cozey “Ciello” sectional which ticked all my boxes!
Shopping Experience
When shopping for my Cozey online, it was really easy to see all the configurations, and the measurements were easy to understand. I debated between ordering the L shape with 3 x 2 seats + corner (which would fit our wall perfectly) or the smaller 2 x 2 seat + corner sectional (which would allow room for a decent size side table). I decided on the 3×2 seater as it we would gain an extra seat than we had previously. I didn’t feel too stressed committing as the sectional is completely modular, so it won’t be hard to remove one seat if I decide I want a smaller sectional later on. As for the colour, I went with “Sunset Beige” which is fairly light, but still warm and cozy looking. It’s dark enough to hide some marks (pure white anything would not do so well for us with how common dirt smudges and food spills are with our two little ones) but still gives that airy vibe I love.

Delivery
The sectional was literally delivered to my front door in a neatly stacked pile of clearly labelled boxes (1 – arms; 2 – seat ; 3 – cushion ; and 4 corner arm). I only had to carry the boxes a few steps away from the door into my living room, but this “sofa in a box” idea would be key if you were buying furniture for an apartment or basement and have to deal with elevators or tight staircases.

Installation
Our sectional was fairly easy to put together, but you definitely need a helper when it comes to flipping it over since it’s so big)! Prior to receiving my Cozey, I watched a few videos on Instagram, so I went into the process knowing what to do. The steps are repetitive, so once you get one part assembled, the rest is easy peasy! Once assembled, the cushions fluffed up immediately, there were no weird smells or anything. Basically, it instantly made our living room look put together and it was and is still so comfortable!

Washability
With a busy and messy (oh soooo messy) family, I am so happy with my decision to go with a performance fabric sofa. Most little marks come out with a damp cloth, but for tough stains (such as those caused from my 3 year old making a bee line from the kitchen table on to the sofa covered in spaghetti sauce.. not once but twice), each cushion cover is removable and machine washable. I’ve washed various cushions 3 x in the last 6 months and each time the cushions have come completely clean. I also love that if accidents happen, I don’t need to wash the entire sofa (like I’ve had to do with sofas that have one big slip cover). I can just wash exactly what is dirty and it’s as good as new!

Overall, I genuinely LOVE my cozey sectional and would recommend to anyone looking for a new sofa or sectional. Please let me know if you have any questions! Thanks for reading!
